Jun's power is toxicity, which can take a few different shapes and forms. First and most basic of these -- she can render her skin highly toxic to the touch by substituting the oils naturally secreted by the skin with a toxin similar in effects to thallium poison. Her blood is highly venomous as well, and by biting her tongue she could quite literally give you the "kiss of death".

Why this ability? Jun wasn't given many abilities in canon (great physical strength, skill with a whip, and a tracking beast with paralyzing saliva), and toxicity just sort of clicks, y'know? It just fits with her character, in my opinion. Plus, Jun is more of an independent girl, and toxicity does not require her to depend on anything or anyone else. She would enjoy that kind of feeling of power and independence.

Jun is attending the school to hone her abilities; however, that does not necessarily mean she will be using them for good. She also takes on a few mercenary jobs on the side, especially in the summer when she has more time. Though Jun is not necessarily an evil person, she is greedy and has distinct goals in mind. If it will get her what she wants (like money), Jun won't hesitate to not only abandon the school, but also even destroy it.
